As for Kev and I, as mentioned in last week’s blog, we started our own business which ran for a few years then he went into selling and eventually into the music business, starting his own recording studio in the 1980s. This studio moved to Leicester in the 1990s and then we went on to buying a live music venue in Leicester City Centre. Kev was also involved with running the annual Abbey Park Festival in Leicester where we had our own stage for the bands who played at our club.
